One of the Qom doctors quoted: When the Imam was informed that he had heart disease I went to his bed and took his blood pressure. His blood pressure was 5 which was medically very dangerous. I did the initial work and after two hours when things got a little better but they couldn''t and shouldn''t move they were ready to move! I said sir why did he get up? They said: Pray! I said sir you are mujtahid in law and I am in medicine! Your passage to my medical fatwa is prohibited! Pray while lying down. He also acted cautiously in my opinion.
