IMIDAZO - PYRIMIDINE AND PYRIDINE BASED DERIVATIVES

Brief study about cancer including causes symptoms types of cancer statistical data affected by cancer and treatment. Based on the necessity of chemotherapy drugs we have developed three series of novel compounds via hybridization by thorough literature survey to get lead molecule having high potency and minimal side effects. These molecules were initially developed as scaffold and substrate scope derivatives and screened for their multi faceted activity. From the preliminary results can be explored to further lead molecule by designing and synthesizing the more analogs.
