This research surveyed and examined the impact (Price of food increases cost of operating business government) that affect the customer’s satisfaction in the restaurant with the implementation of GST. Therefore the readers would understand and know that these three factors influence the customers Intention to Revisit in a restaurant. Quantitative data has been taken from 180 respondents. The survey was conducted in Klang Valley. Lastly after completing this research it is proven that these three factors do have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction in the restaurant with the implementation of G.S.T.
