The description of the impact of the implementation of information and communication technologies in the teaching and learning processes in rural contexts is a fundamental study to determine the levels of relevance for the reduction of the digital divide of the programs specialized in the insertion of ICT in the teaching and learning processes promoted by the government For this reason this study is presented in response to the need to discover the perceptions that rural educational communities in Pamplona have regarding the use of ICT in order to know how they act and respond to this process. Thus this proposal seeks to reach an understanding of this reality through live contact with the actors of the study seeking a more accurate approach to the assessments on the impact that the implementation of information and communication technologies has had on rural education in the municipality of Pamplona.
