Impact of Remuneration on Motivation

I am Thiththapapitige Natasha Manieshi Fonseka student of Bsc (Hons) Economics. This book gives an idea about the remuneration policies and methods and how they are affecting the motivation of the employees. This study gives an empirical evidence from the data collected through primary and secondary sources . The company under this study is Acwell Engineering (PVT) LTD which is situated in Sri Lanka. According to the results of the study it shows that the remuneration methods are playing a significant role in the company.
