Sub-national governments comprising of States and Lical Governments in the Nigerian Federation have had to contend with competing demands on their Revenues such that most of such revenues are applied to meet personnel and recurrent costs at the expense of Infrastructure and essential capital expenditure needed for development. This study looks at the extent to which the Revenues of Bauchi State government in Nigeria are applied towards that.
