Impact of Teaching Practice on B.ED Trainees

Present study was aimed to investigate the Impact of Teaching Practice on Teachers'' Adjustment and Vocational Interest among B.ED Trainees on a sample of 100 female B.ED Trainees selected randomly from Three Education colleges of Moga District. Results of the study were analyzed by applying Teacher Adjustment Inventory by Rashmi Ojha and Vocational Interest Record by Kamal Dwivedi. The Descriptive Statistics i.e. Mean Median Standard Deviation and T-Ratio were used. Results of the study showed significant positive relationship between Teaching practice and Teachers'' adjustment. There is also significant positive relationship between Teaching practice and Vocational Interest.
