Impact of the Pandemic on well-being at work

About The Book

The main objective of this study was to assess the influence of the coronavirus pandemic on the well-being at work of administrative staff at the University of Kinshasa. Two questions guided the study: What is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the well-being at work of administrative staff at the University of Kinshasa? Does this staff's well-being at work vary according to sociodemographic variables (gender age group level of education seniority at work grade place of residence housing and civil status)? Given these questions two hypotheses were put forward: the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative influence on the well-being at work of administrative staff at the University of Kinshasa in all its different dimensions; the well-being at work of these staff varies according to sociodemographic variables (gender age seniority place of residence grade housing and level of education).
