Impetus

<p><strong>There are over 400 million firearms in the United States.</strong></p><p>When one of them is used to commit mass murder during a concert this violent act sends three complete strangers on a fraught journey through the quagmire of Washington DC politics the never-ending battle over gun rights and face-to-face with armed militias as a Constitutional loophole sends the nation spiraling.</p><p>All three victims seek resolution in different ways.
