The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of guidance services and its impact to access and quality in selected school in Caloocan City North during the academic year 2016-2017. Specifically this study sought to identify the extent of implementation of the guidance services in selected school as assessed by the teachers in terms of program administration information assessment placement consultation counselling research evaluation and follow-up public relations and professionalism and ethical standards to identify the performance of the school based on promotion rate retention rate and dropout rate. In addition it identified challenges encountered by the guidance counsellors/ guidance teachers in the implementation of the guidance services and findings of the study are utilized is proposing policy recommendation and to improve the guidance services in Junior High School.
