Implementing Electronic Governance In North Of Iraq

The main objective to implementing our research we desire to identify describe and conceptualize the current situations of the ministries organizations and the qualifications of the citizens to prepare and establish a good and clear framework for adopting and implementing E-Governance which overcome all issues while the government will face in implementing the E-Governance system to satisfy their citizens and improve their services and to use the develop (ICT) and internet applications.
