Implications of nonverbal communication across cultures

The books looks at the implications of the various aspects of nonverbal communication and other communication practices between the cultures of Westerners and that of Zambians. Similarities and differences are identified. These similarities and differences influence communication encounters between the people of the two cultures either positively or negatively rendering communication either effective or non-effective. This information is important in the sense that Western visitors to Zambia and also from any other parts of the world are able to know what to expect in terms of communication with local people especially that Zambia is a famous tourism destination.
