Implie High/Accidents Will Happen/Just Another School Day

The screenplays included in this book are satires of suburban life. Teenagers are examined in the light-hearted Implie High which studies a sophomore a junior and a senior during the course of single day near the very end of the school year in June of 1980. Accidents Will Happen which consists of two acts shows what happens when an atheistic driver education teacher gets into an accident with a priest and three nuns. After that a young man somehow gets into a one-car accident on his traffic-free local court. Plenty of his neighbors show up and try to figure out what happened. Just Another School Day the first draft of which was written in 1985 is about two confused teenage lovers who yearn to run away from everything but not before one of them unleashes rage at their high school.
