Despite improvements in surgical techniques laparoscopy and anesthetic management liver surgery remains a heavy surgery with a mortality of 3 to 5% and postoperative morbidity of 17 to 56%. Our work is a prospective randomized clinical trial. Conducted in the Surgery A department of Constantine University Hospital over a 26-month period (April 2019 to June 2021). The main objective of this study was to evaluate the impact and interest of improved rehabilitation after surgery (RAAC) in hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer surgery.
