Improvement Technology on Building Seismic Toughness

<p>This Reprint focuses on recent studies on the seismic performance evaluation and improvement of infrastructures including buildings and bridges. The development and application of base isolators and dampers to enhance the seismic resilience of structures is of particular interest. In addition multi-hazard assessment considering earthquakes and other hazards such as fire and pedestrian-induced vibration is another interest. The adopted research techniques include the traditional finite element method experimental tests and the up-to-date machine learning-based approach.</p>
