In our application faculty member by using their login they upload or maintain the notes in web server through mobile. These notes can be able to view or downloaded by the students who had already registered and saved in the form of pdf/word format in android mobiles. In the publishing work user chat application is used to ask any queries from their respective staff. All data is thoroughly reviewed and validated by the server administrator before actual record alteration occurs and stored on Cloud Environment. The main objective of the publishing this Top Scorer is to create an android application for student education. Registered Students are able to directly access the academic progress through a secure online interface. This book provides a simple interface for maintaining educational databases. Achieving this objective is difficult using a manual system as the information is scattered can be redundant and collecting relevant information may be very time consuming. We use search based algorithms for retrieving the subject materials. Boolean algorithm and Wildcard algorithm are used to retrieving the exact subject material from the database.
