In-company training practice

This work contains simple tools and explanations for understanding and implementing training within a company. The process adopted is a logical sequence for setting up monitoring and evaluating a training project for employees from training engineering to post-training evaluation. This document can be used as an introductory guide for anyone responsible for setting up a training plan within a company following the various logical stages to be adapted according to the company''s structure.
