In His Father's Footsteps

<p>He promised he would be back by the full moon...</p><p>But that was days ago and Jason Sharmon's father has not returned from his prospecting trip. Now fourteen-year-old Jason must battle northern Ontario-and his fears and insecurities-to find his father. Encountering many obstacles along the way Jason struggles to survive even saving and making friends with a dog who follows him at a distance. But when he does find his father he realizes the situation might be more than he can handle. Is Jason strong enough to do what needs to be done to save his sick and injured father from certain death? Can he get them home in time to save their farm?</p>
