In-Silico Approach For Designing Thiazolidinone Based Analogues For Anti-Inflammatory Activity

This book mainly covers In-silico studies of thiazolidinone based analogues in order to identify prominent binding pockets for inhibiting Cyclooxygenase (COX) Lipoxygenase (LOX) and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-α) for anti-inflammatory activity. Random synthesis and random screening of these compounds for various biological activities is very tedious costly and less productive work.
