<H4>Eric Justice dreams of a career in professional wrestling. With his extensive amateur background determination and the intervention of a friend his opportunity happens.<P>He quickly discovers the many sacrifices and complexities which accompany the 'not so glamorous' profession. Constantly being on the road checking in and out of hotels separation from family and friends and dissension among the wrestlers ... to name a few.<P>It is the love of a woman however which becomes his biggest obstacle. Unable to join Eric on the road the two attempt to maintain their relationship and overcome the odds. <P>Eric succeeds in his dream career and becomes a fan favorite however he eventually must choose between his dream profession and his desire to be with the woman he loves.<P><EM>In the Ropes</EM> is a story about family survival temptations and relationships.
