Incentive systems and job performance

The research work entitled: Incentive Systems and Work Performance in Autobacs Oriente Headquarters Pucallpa 2019 has the general objective of determining the relationship between the two variables established in the study.The research is of an applied type because it sought to solve the practical problem and in the research process indicators were taken into account that can be verified in an empirical way being applied in Autobacs Oriente Sede Pucallpa likewise the design is correlational since its purpose is to evaluate the relationship of two variables to later measure and analyze the correlation and association therefore these relationships are expressed in hypotheses put to the test.
