Incidence of teacher's mental health in their pedagogical practices:

This research addresses the mental health of the teacher in relation to the creation of learning environments and their influence on the interaction with children in preschool and elementary schools in Medellin through narratives of teachers and principals to know their experiences and reflections. The research allowed us to understand that the teachers who participated in this research are prone to have alterations in their mental health due to the personal and work factors that they face daily and that are directly linked to the creation of the children''s mental health.that are directly linked to the creation of learning environments and that it is pertinent to design strategies to favor the quality of life of teachers.
