This book explores the implementation of legal and policy frameworks promoting inclusive vocational education for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Ethiopia. Drawing from a comprehensive legal review and secondary literature it analyzes how international conventions national laws and TVET policies align with the right to education and work for PWDs. Despite Ethiopia's ratification of instruments like the CRPD challenges persist in infrastructure awareness funding and institutional capacity. The book argues that meaningful access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) requires stronger enforcement mechanisms disability-sensitive budgeting inclusive planning andattitudinal change within institutions and communities.
