Increasing Effectiveness of the Safety Committee

In general the employees questioned the effectiveness of the Joint Labor/Management Safety Committee. The purpose of this research was to identify methods to increase that effectiveness. The procedure involved gathering data pertaining to the applied research project's problem questions. In doing so the author developed two survey instruments; one pertaining to internal employees the other to retrieve data from outside the organization.
