Increasing the sensitivity to low mass dark matter in CRESST-III

The low mass dark matter is as yet a fascinating and little explored field of studies which has the potential to shed light on one of the biggest misteries of our Universe. In this work the CRESST-III cryogenic dark matter search is presented and a novel data processing technique developed.
