About The Author:- Annpurna Nautiyal is a Professor of Political Science HNB Garhwal University Srinagar Garhwal Uttarakhand. She is also the Coordinator of the UGC-SAP – D R S p r o g r a m m e o f h e r department. She is also the Chairperson of the University Women Cell. She was a Fulbright visiting professor in the Department of Public and International Affairs George Mason University Fairfax Virginia in 2006. Professor Mahapatra was a Fulbright Fellow at University of Delaware; Salzburg Seminar Fellow Austria; Visiting Fellow at Australian Defence Studies Center Canberra; Foreign Policy Fellow at School of Public Affairs University of Maryland; and Commonwealth Scholar at School of Oriental and African Studies University of London.
