In this book he recounts personal experiences of many visits to a country that is vast complex and which has become the most populous on earth.</p><p></p><p>For ten years he was the distribution consultant to the Bible Society in India then twenty years the official photojournalist of the United Bible Societies - the world's largest publisher.</p><p></p><p>These varied duties took him to all parts of India except Goa Darjeeling the Andaman Islands and a few states in the North East which were forbidden to foreigners.</p><p></p><p class=ql-align-justify>The book contains both his personal stories and a variety of stunning (and award-winning) photographs in black and white and colour.</p>
