The purpose of writing this book is to explain the daily human rights violations and the rights of Indian women. Its primary objective is to highlight the socio-economic political constitutional legal and real status of women. This book especially raises problems related to women. Today women have touched the pinnacle of progress and have demonstrated their work efficiency in every field but there are many challenges before the working women. The purpose of this book is to explain those challenges and the law related to working women. In this book the situation of Indian women has been depicted from ancient times to modern times. Along with explaining all types of constitutional rights related to women it has also thrown light on their actual status. It also discuss and make suggestions regarding the obstacles to understand the constitutional legal and social rights and at a large extent the actual status of women''s rights and their implementation.
