Indigenous dispute resolution systems are well-organized efficient in terms of time and socially integrated with a focus on rapprochement the preservation and enhancement of societal peace. The methods and approaches have their roots in African people's traditions conventions and culture. These are councils of elders who conciliate on issues and give judgments based on justice equity and fairness.
