The bi- lateral relations between India and Pakistan have been constrained right from the separation days and Jammu and Kashmir has always been the focus point of any discussion between the two neighboring countries. So many attempts have been made to normalize the bi- lateral relations between these two neighboring countries but no appreciable results have been forthcoming.
