About the Author: Author of this bookShri Ravindra Singhis a retired Bihar Govt.officer from the post of Joint Director of Fisheries.He retired on 31st January 2003. His 20 books have so far been published and this will be the 21st in the series. Though he retired in 2003 but started writing in the year 2013. His first book being his Autobiography was published in 2015 with the title Sangharsh se safalta ki ore- ek jivan katha Since then he did not stop at all. He continued writing.So far his two books have been published in English and rest in Hindi.His books are liked by readers. It is evident as some books have gone out of print Second editions are to come in market soon. His all the books depict some social evils and the ways for its removal.Though he is of 80 years now but he still equally active as he was in beginning days of his writing.
