Industrial Property

The purpose of this work is to introduce the study of the new rules of Industrial Property in Mexico that is to say to provide a panoramic vision sufficient for a good knowledge of what is new in this matter therefore there is no doctrinal contribution. In the commercial area this subject is considered of great interest mainly for inventors producers manufacturers merchants and in general with all persons related to commercial law since it protects everything related to the tangible and intangible goods of these persons involved in commercial production whether national or international.
