Our research study focuses on the impact of reforms on the technical and economic performance of the Yaoundé SODEPA slaughterhouse. Its general objective is to determine the effects of the reforms on the performance of the Yaoundé SODEPA slaughterhouse. To do this we focused on three research questions: i) what are the effects of improved governance on the technical and economic performance of the Yaoundé SODEPA slaughterhouse? ii) what are the effects of improved maintenance policy on the performance of the Yaoundé SODEPA slaughterhouse? And finally iii) what are the effects of the improvement of the organization of work on the technical-economic performance of the industrial slaughterhouse SODEPA of Yaoundé.It follows the problem of the management system grocery at the origin of the organizational drift. The results obtained are related to an increase in the number of cattle slaughtered and a consequent increase in the annual turnover the definition of work standards and the rationalization of work under the pillars of governance preventive maintenance and the organization of work in the chain.
