<p>Heartbroken Patti vows revenge on her ex-partner when he not only turns down her marriage proposal but also confesses there is someone else leaving her although she is six months pregnant with his child. When she suffers an accident on the way home that robs her of the baby - the second she has lost - she believes that she is not meant to be a mother after all.<br><br>A chance encounter with Jonny for a one-night stand leaves Patti able to think clearly about her plans. Parting the next morning she is unsure if they will see each other again despite his promise to come back.
