Inferential Skills based on Schema for Learning English Novel

This study aimed at developing inferential comprehension skills which are important to study literary texts. Accordingly the researcher adopted an inferential comprehension strategy which was based on activating student''s prior knowledge. The researcher designed some activities might help students learn to activate their prior knowledge which is essential process for making inference: Previewing Prediction and Questioning.
