Influence of examination management practices on students' performance

My research on influence of examination management practices on students' academic performance was based in Hargeisa which is the capital city of Somaliland. It majorly base on how the examination are set distributed invigilated marked and tabulated at the end. The country being in the horn of Africa might be having its fair share of challenges such as road network and communication but it's really standing out to give the best to the learners in schools. Despite all these challenges the country's' education system is well managed. Being in Somaliland for over ten years as a teacher has made me learn much on how to handle the students. The country being an Islamic set up has a strong culture that has set up the base of strong families. With all these in considerations the country cohesion and peace has been made paramount.
