This book is a summary of all the epigenetic factors that play a role in growth and development of craniofacial structures. The important factors discussed in the book are various hormones and vitamins. The important hormones that have influencing effect on bone and craniofacial structure in specific are Growth hormones parathyroid hormones thyroid hormones. The important vitamins involved in growth and development of craniofacial structures are folate vitamin ADK and cobalamin. i have not only incorporated the effects of vitamins and hormones on cranium and surrounding structures but also the mechanism of action and chemical structure has been discussed.
