Fetal brain maturation is currently an object of study in constant development. In the last decades there have been many advances in this field thanks to fetal ultrasonography however many aspects are still to be established. Thus in this paper we will discuss fetal neurological and auditory development and the implications of the maternal voice as a source of multimodal stimulation in fetal learning. This work has been possible thanks to the multidisciplinary work of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit of the Hospital Clínico Universitario Virgen de la Arrixaca directed by Dr. Delgado; by the University of Murcia with the collaboration of the medical student Celia Marín and the Physiology teacher Bárbara Bonacasa; and by the teacher of the conservatory Maestro Jaime López Bernardo Amor Sánchez.
