Informal Economy in Albania

Informal Economy is a book that speaks about the problems of tax evasions especially in Albania.The definition of the informal economy has evolved in time but the definition widely used by economists in terms of informal economy includes all economic transactions or activities where the government has no control but neither could stop them.The study of informal economy has a great importance in the progress of development of a country. The pace of its development and the factors that have led to the creation of the informal economy noting that the Albanian economy is affected by the same factors that are part of the global economy. Since the level of informal economy is estimated to be at very high levels we can say that this high level of informal economy is a result of several different factors such as labor market corruption which is widely spread in Albania and all of this comes as a result of deficiencies in the legal framework and the abuse with them give access to and spread its existence the revenue system because the Albanian fiscal environment has had problems and changes.
