Information and analytical activities in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The proposed monographic study is devoted to the processes of increasing information and technological saturation of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation one of the most closed agencies of Russia.Today Russia is undergoing the transition to new standards of relations between the state and society the search for new optimized directions of reforming the state apparatus to ensure effective public administration which is based on the global informatization of modern society. Animportant role in the development of informatization processes belongs to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation which is a co-executor of government programs.
