Information Educational Environment in Teaching Foreign Languages

The paper specifies the criteria for selecting and evaluating the effectiveness of resources of information educational environment in terms of their use for the formation of foreign language component of the specialist model. The set of general didactic and special principles of creating a multimedia learning complex is specified. Theoretically proves the mechanism of creating and transforming multimedia learning complex as a software product of system-organized aggregate of electronic resources of information educational environment for forming foreign language component of specialist model. The sequence of stages of creating a multimedia training complex the technology of organizing the process of teaching a foreign language on the basis of a multimedia training complex is presented.
