About The Book

The growth in the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems has been accompanied by the need to provide managers with quality information and alternatives for reducing costs differentiating products and services and streamlining data and information processing. This new context has led to organisational changes in operational processes. New information and communication technology infrastructures such as cloud computing have enabled ERP systems to transmit data between organisations maintaining a single database expanding or reducing the number of computers and minimising computing infrastructure costs. This challenge is aligned with SENAC's goal of providing quality professional education and maintaining its commitment to society. This book is the result of a research project and its objective was to identify the technological changes that took place after the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) management systems in the professional education centres in the administrative and pedagogical sectors of SENAC Rondônia.
