Nowadays we can see an overvaluation of knowledge in the organizational sphere. This has led to the adoption of information systems as a mechanism to mediate the process of building knowledge in organizations so that they are seen as an element that fosters learning. This book considers the factors inherent in the learning process as well as the current organizational logic. Using an interpretivist perspective it was understood that the learning resulting from the use of information systems in the sector is characterized by the premises of the conductivist approach i.e. it is consolidated in the sector in a fragmented way aimed merely at achieving organizational objectives. Encouraging learning within organizations in a way that overcomes this fragmentation becomes a crucial factor.
