Information Technology Governance

It is with great satisfaction that we present this book the result of the hard work and dedication of the students at the Guarulhos Faculty of Technology under the guidance and coordination of professors José Luis Caetano Ribeiro Junior Helio Pessolato and Júlio César Ribeiro. This project was born out of the conviction that scientific production is fundamental to the academic and professional development of our students.During the preparation of this book we faced several difficulties typical of a challenging project. From defining the themes to the final proofreading of the texts each stage was marked by challenges that required determination and teamwork. However it was precisely this constant overcoming that allowed us to achieve such a rewarding result.
