Injuries of the zygomatic-orbital complex

The monograph presents modern aspects of diagnostics and planning of surgical treatment of injuries of the malar orbital complex. The characteristic of traumatic injuries of the zygomatic orbital complex is given. Clinical manifestations and diagnostic principles of fractures of the zyco-orbital complex are evaluated. Particular attention is paid to the methods of surgical treatment of the zygomatic orbital complex and injuries of the lower orbital wall. The authors have developed a method of individual computer modeling and surgical intervention based on the selection of a modeled individual implant for fractures of the zyco-orbital complex and demonstrated its effectiveness.The monograph is intended for practical use by maxillofacial surgeons and ophthalmologists.
