Three masked men an entire team of Police officers investigators and a throng of newsmen all from major news networks stormed into a plastic surgery clinic to arrest an alleged surgeon who a handful of supposed victims pointed to as responsible for their disfigurement. His controversial case was published all throughout the country and even overseas sensationalizing what this man had never done. One out of many guiltless men in the country struggled to defend his innocence and sanity a midst a wave of lawsuits hurled against him to extract money and keep the reputation of an orchestra-tor who wanted to topple him down for the sake of public approval and maintaining a reputation. How could this have happened and succeeded in America where the justice system is arguably the most just and developed and in the world? Are there flaws that enable anyone with influence and resources to put just about anyone behind bars and destroy their lives forever just because they can?
