Shelter has been seen as the most basic need from the first humans to the present day. This need has constantly changed and transformed as a result of the development of technology and the differentiation of human needs. It is seen that civil engineers and architects predominate in the studies carried out for the housing problem. Civil engineering and architecture which are inseparable parts of each other act with common sense in most fields.
