Insight Intention and Integrity

<p>The aim of this book is to provide a framework for your self-development that does not require you to be in a managerial hierarchy in order to be a leader. You just have to be connected to others and make choices and influence the choices of others from a position of insight intention and integrity. It is a book for everybody who wants to develop their potential their priorities and their purpose in life.</p><p></p><p>The approach taken in this book looks at the impact of universal connectedness on how we experience the world around us. It explores the inability of hierarchy to cope with the rate of change and complexity that is driven by this universal connectedness. The ideas of 'wirearchy' and living adaptive systems are introduced as the foundations of the emerging role of leadership as a person-based rather than position-based construct.</p><p></p><p>Consequently this book seeks to take a somewhat different approach to leadership by considering that we all have the potential to contribute as a leader.</p>
