Insights into Healthcare delivery

Life teaches inspires and motivates us to work towards the extraordinary. Belief and a passion to excel drives this effort. So it is with the journey of this book. Through a span of nine years (2009-2018) many faculty students and experts in the area of healthcare management in Goa came together to write down their perspectives on healthcare as a sector. Their ideas are compiled in the first of this book series to provide the reader with some interesting insights into the healthcare sector. These insights provide necessary knowledge and guidance to both healthcare practitioners and healthcare managers as they deal with issues and challenges in healthcare delivery. This book also provides the much­ required information and guidance to the consumer so that healthcare delivery expectations can be met better.
