Insurance broker: the challenges of the business

When we talk about illnesses or suffering that are acquired in the workplace there is a tendency to turn our attention to the group of workers those who sell their labor power and who for various reasons submit to the dictates of the company they work for. However there is another group the micro and small business owners who are part of this same world of work and who suffer from various pathologies related to their activity but who as well as being largely forgotten by labor scholars are sometimes blamed for causing the countless sufferings that afflict workers. This is evident for example when we compare the extensive literature that deals with the suffering and illnesses that affect workers as a result of their work activity and the little theoretical construction that exists on the suffering or illness of the entrepreneur. Against this backdrop this book invites the reader to take a fresh look at business activity.
